Innovation in Education Award

The Hudsonville Education Foundation’s annual Innovation in Education Award began in 2012 through a generous donation by a local couple. This couple had the vision of honoring, each year, a Hudsonville teacher or staff member or volunteer who has shown true innovation in their teaching methods and classroom activities. There are four criteria listed on the application for this award. They are:

  1. Reaches students in an innovative way
  2. Demonstration of student results
  3. The impact of the nominee’s unique techniques
  4. The possibility of replicating the innovation
